I had a terrible experience selling to this store! I dropped my clothes off at 12pm and was told that they would call me in one hour to pick up. I received a call at 8pm saying my clothes were ready and I needed to pick up by 8:30pm. I only come to State College for work and I live an hour away so this was impossible. I received a call from the manager at 9am the next day saying I needed to pick up as soon as possible. I drove over on my lunch break; the store was busy. The manager proceeded to give me a five minute speech on how I am not allowed to leave my clothes there overnight and I should've never brough them in if I cant pick them up the same day. I tried to explain myself but she would not stop talking. Completely embarrassing and unprofessional. I will not be going to that Platos anymore.

I always have a great experience in this store. The staff is friendly and they always greet you when you walk through the door. The store in clean and set up so you can easily find an item in your size or a particular color you may be looking for. You’ll find great deals as well! Little Tip: Follow them on Instagram so you know when they are having sales on their clearance and other events. I shop here pretty often and you just never know what you’re going to find 🤗

This place does not give you the money your items are worth, that is IF they take them, I came with a bag of nice clothes some with tags and they took ONLY ONE THING, FOR $4!
