Bought a couch back in February. Now is May. Cushion zippers are broke and foam is coming out of the cushions. And there return policy is 30 days in its original packaging. Real freaking nice. Bought a couch that's garbage.

The only positive experience about this trip was our cashier, Garrett. The woman who seemed to be training/helping him, Karen, was miserable. She was so rude to not only us, but Garrett, which was so sad to see. If she is in any type of management position, she should be demoted immediately. Disrespectful and blatantly rude. Only giving 2 stars because Garrett was so nice and doing so good. I would give him 5 stars alone if I could. Hope he starts to getting treated better.

Like most Big Lots stores they have many different merchandise but lately their prices are going up a lot and you have really be careful what you buy .

I'm sure Big Lots is a nice place but I can't say because I was not in that store. I was in Joann fabrics next door. Which I love Joann for their fabric. I can buy it on sale most of the time.
