I would give 0 star if it’s possible. Don't ever bother choose to live here, it's a very awful apartment. When your lease is over and you move out, they will find all kinds of excuses like asking you for cleaning fees and maintenance fees. I moved out early. When I move out, I still need to continue to pay the water and electricity bills here. This is understandable because my lease has not ended. But it never occurred to me that when we had only one or two tenants left in our apartment, I would have to pay more for utilities than when we were four of us living together, which is very unfair! I don't want to bear the cost of one roommate's misuse.

The maintenance team is super responsive. There’s basically nothing good about this place other than those. The network is extremely unstable and has insanely high latency. The carpet is smelly and faucets are rusty. Air conditioner and washing machine are really really loud. The unit has zero noise isolation. I can hear people talking in the hallway clearly. Terrible living experience. $750 monthly rent is absolutely not worthy.

A very pleasant place to stay for students and other academics. International students will find the place and system of administration very easy to integrate in. On top of that, it seems to be a choice for good residents as all my roommates who were randomly allocated to me are amazing.

The Bryn has really good gym. It is a little small, so sometimes it can be a bit crowded, especially in the weights room, but if you hit it at a none busy hour its really nice. The apartments themselves are pretty good. Occasional maintenance problems, but the maintenance crew here responds fairly quick when its an actual problem. For non emergencies/serious issues though it can take awhile for them to come. Stella in the front office is really helpful and is always patient in explaining and helping with any questions I have. I've personally never had an issue here.

Honestly probably depends on what room layouts are in each building. My building has 4 room layouts per floor and has 3 floors, so 12 room layouts total. I don't know if it changes
