I had a previous positive experience at this location but not so much the last time I was there. The customer service was not ok. I perceived the employee's attitude as patronizing with a subtle tone of targeted annoyance. I resented the interaction especially since it was directed at my daughter. Overall I just felt very uncomfortable and could not wait to get out of there. It all depends on whom you get to assist you.

This has to be the best run DMV/Tax Collector office on the planet, always easy in and out, one time I came on the “busiest day of the year” (last business day on the calendar year) and was still in and out in under 30 minutes. I will go out of my way just to go to the Bartow office because every single time I’ve used it (probably 10-15 times) it’s been so quick and efficient. Update: Stopped by today to get a copy of an electronic title, In and Out In 8 minutes, this place is amazing!!!!!

The man at the front desk didn't give me any direct answers. I came to change the address on my driver's license and I got zero help. A customer (not even an employee) saw me getting frustrated and showed me how to get it done online 🙃
