Met chad the owner and talked with him about the mowing business and equipment and he was a real nice guy. Didnt seem like he was just trying to rush my brother and i through! Left a couple echo whippers with him to fix.

Guest service here is absolutely terrible. I came in to possibly buy a new belt for my zero turn and the guy at the desk was too busy to help me. He sure would have sold me a new belt even if it’s not what I needed. It would have taken less than 3 minutes to look at my mower in the parking lot but said he couldn’t because he was the only one there. Mind you, there was not another customer on site and the parking lot is visible to the front door if someone had came in. Worst service in a mower repair shop I’ve ever had in 15 years in the business. Avoid at all cost and stick with Wildwood chain and mower or H&M in leesburg.

My zero turn have 468 hours, the shop said I needed new heads. I got the work done and 10 hours of use later my mower sits dead, oil blown out the top and dripping all over the frame. I am told the work only has a 30 day warranty. I got the work done in the off season when there was no grass to cut. I will not be visiting this shop for repair or to buy a new mower.
