Clean, safe, and quiet apartment complex. My unit was spotless upon move-in and maintenance has been responsive. Great location: close to everything. I highly recommend living here!

APPLICANTS BEWARE - Note: If this happens to you, you CAN place a lien on the property until they refund your money (which Mr. Jones is about to do until he receives HIS money that they had NOT disclosed would be held at their convenience). Ledia required an applicant to pay not only the application fee of $65 (non-refundable) but also an administration fee of $200. Although the applicant, Timothy L Jones, paid with a credit card, they are holding the funds though he will not be moving into their complex. Essentially, they did a bait and switch, as neither Ledia nor anyone on the property or the application disclosed they would be holding the funds for a period. It has been almost four weeks, and the applicant has not received his refund. Ledia lied and stated that their corporate office mailed the check the week of July 10, 2022. The apartment complex is in Winter Haven, FL and the applicant lives in Land O Lakes, FL. Mr. Jones has received all other correspondence they sent, but not the check. The applicant has tried to call and resolve, including leaving messages, but Ledia and the apartment complex have been unresponsive. The applicant will be filing complaints with Zillow and other sites, including the Better Business Bureau, as we notified Ledia if this wasn't resolved by the end of this past week. All the applicant would like is a refund of his money, and we could have avoided all of this if they had been truthful.

This complex is decent and relatively affordable compared to other living places in the area. The staff in the office is always kind and helpful. I have occasionally had issues getting the timely communication that I want from them, but immediately after pressing them about it, they have always responded and done their absolute best to resolve whatever issue I had as quickly as possible. The units are spacious, with a lot of natural light. I think it's a huge plus that there is no designated guest parking (thus no worrying about your guests' cars getting towed), and I have never had an issue finding a spot of my own right in front of the entrance of my building. The gym is rather small, and a key to the gym is too pricey for me to want one (a one-time $50 fee I think?) but Just Move Fitness has two locations nearby. And speaking of locations, the location of this complex is the absolute best. I am within less than 10 miles of almost all of my doctors, the hospital, and lots of great places to eat- not to mention the downtown area. If you're looking for an apartment in the Winter Haven area, try this place. I recommend it. It's the best apartment I've lived in so far.
