I called last week and made an appointment for 5/5/22 @ 3pm. When I made the appointment the girl went over my insurance and told me that I would need to pay 58.00 . I took of work and went to the appointment. When I arrived I was told that there was no appointment made. I was also told that this happens all the time. The front desk person said she could make an appointment now for me. I had already taken off from work so I said no and that I wouldn't be back. If this happens all the time than someone needs to correct the scheduling procedure.

I was very pleased with the entire staff and Dr Updegraff himself yesterday. The only thing that I didn’t expect was the amount of time I was there. If I had been forewarned I feel I would have been better prepared. They did say 3 -4 hours but I was there quite a bit longer than that. However, I do understand that what they do is very detailed and I appreciate their thoroughness, it is very important work!

You always have to get one eye done at time. The second eye is usually scheduled a week later. They will do a very thorough and free consult and give you all your options.

LASIK with us is about $5000 for both eyes but it will depend on the surgical procedure the doctor recommends. There is a financing option through Carecredit that we offer and that is discussed the day of the consultation. We also have a promotion going on for the month of April of $1000 off.
