I had an important and time sensitive document I needed to send. My Post Office representative Rick was astute enough to check the recipient's address I had written and bring to my attention something might be wrong with the form I filled out. This could have caused significant delays in getting this paperwork back. I am grateful that Rick paid attention to detail and was very polite throughout the process.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This post office is unorganized and incredibly rude. One instance, over Christmas, they misplaced multiple packages to the point where I had totes of things behind the counter that they had been keeping from me. They blamed it on their area manager, but why is the area manager misplacing mail? Even though they messed up, misplacing my mail and losing it, they said they were about to charge me a storage fee. However, I had been going and trying to pick up this mail, daily. They were the ones saying they didn't have any of my packages, so how would I be making a storage unit back there? Another time, the IRS sent me a letter, and the post office sent it back. When I came to pick it up, they YELLED at me, saying I was putting the wrong address on my mail, and they were sick of it. However, it was the IRS who wrote the wrong address, not me. I dread coming to this post office because I fear getting yelled at or not getting my own mail, not to mention other people's mail. Overall, I hate this post office.

I had lost my receipt from over a week earlier and the recipient of course claimed parcel never arrived. I went in knowing the post office was under no obligation to help me, but I provided key information and a note saying I would come back later and could they please help. The clerk instead took a few minutes of sleuthing and found my receipt and reprinted it. I could now prove the parcel was delivered getting my refund! Super helpful and efficient. I know most people just complain but I was super happy to get the help I needed. Clerk was Rick.

You can do that on line giving your hold date, and return date. USPS will hold for 30 days; or got to the Post Office.
20 stamps for $11. All stamps cost same price
I believe mail has started back up today or tomorrow.. Probably only in safe ares, -- with no flooding
