The server said the ice machine was broken, after she served a warm Pepsi. We saw the bartender scooping ice, so we asked if we could have some of the ice behind the bar.. the server said the bartender wouldn’t give her any ice because he said the ice is for the drinks that he makes. Also, server was terrible!!!!!!

Placed my order on line, said it be ready at 8pm..didn't think that was correct..got there at 8:18 still not ready. Had to wait another 15min..I understand they are short staffed...I was disappointed in the food, there were barely any fries in the combo. I work for a restaurant and I and there expo and food would of never gone out looking the way I received mine .

Wings are good but not rated while doing this review… ultimate nachos and the hatch queso has potential… good flavor but cheap on cheese and meat. Dear owner, with all due respect don’t send the same reply you sent to everyone. It clearly shows the lack of interest in resolving areas of concern in your restaurant. Lastly, it shows lack of empathy.

The food, staff and management at the Bear BBW were exceptional! Amber waited on us and was awesome and Carolyn the manager was a pleasure to speak with.
