Steak prepared beautifully medium rare. Loaded potato pretty good but skin a little burnt...edible. good Cesare salad. Would have been 5 star had server been a little more attentive and drinks filled more quickly. I will go back see if service better on a week night rather than busy weekend.

The food was excellent. Came to the table hot. Stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer. I gave them 5 stars but, it could have been less. I ordered my New York Steak 🥩, medium well done but, it wasn't. It was more, medium rare to rare (see photos). Although the steak wasn't to my request, it did taste good. So, if medium rare is to your liking for the way you would like to order your steak the steak was good. Our server offered to take it back but, I didn't want to deal with the extra wait for my dinner and plate to come back. Our server was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The cost of two steak dinners, sides and some drinks was reasonable.

Had a great time here at Longhorn Steakhouse. The waiter we had, lance, was attentive to us and the food was really delicious. I even got a surprise ice cream sundae for my birthday. The for the food wasn't too long either.
