Nurses are rude and never know anything

I was recommended to go to this hospital for an abnormal pap smear. I was told I would be called within 2 months that was october for my biopsy. Which is fine. I called back in January because I didn't hear anything from them. Come to find out no appointment was made and nothing was set up. The lady said i dont see anything in the system for you at all.They finally said they can give me a biopsy finally but it would be 6 months from now. Why didn't you let me know in the first place. I could of found another doctor. I have to be honest. I moved from wahington dc to florida and I notice florida has the worst health care customer service. I never went through this upnorth. This is the 3rd time a staff forgot to call me.. Only thing we can do is depend on Jesus that's it.

I went back this time to the Drs office next to the urgent care and Dr Grill cleared up all the issues with the urgent care mistake. Very good service and great atmosphere.

My partner requested that her doctor signed a medical form for us to foster a child after her physical. The doctor requested that she put it on MyChart. After NO response for weeks she followed up via MyChart and got ignored. She calls the office and gets HUNG UP ON or told to fax the paper after we’ve already faxed it FOUR times. It’s been over a month and no one has done anything. We will never be going back to this facility. I’ve never had a medical organization be this unprofessional, rude and disorganized.
