Terrible customer service! I spoke with at least 10 client advisors, MEGAN R. Never called me back after multiple messages were left for her to just call me before she left to fill me in. She never could reach store manager and store manager never called me back. Also waited on hold for 33 minute to speak to client services manager never happened. Most client service people told me different things and one even just told me to call the store! Which you can’t. One told me to just go to the store. Insane to me! I have at least 20 Louie’s and this will be the last not that they care. No one would listen to me that someone was already taking care of me and would just tell me different things and that I’m wrong and to go to store.

This is the Loius Vuitton in Tampa Bay.first this store was busy with people shopping however there was a wait to talk to a staff person. Once they were available they were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.the woman helped me to understand the difference and pros and cons of the different types and sizes of the travel sachels. Most of the travel sachels were in the $2,000 to $3,000 price range. There was a large selection of handbags and purses and clutches.they also had a great selection of watches and perfume.This location did not seem to have a large selection of clothing either men's nor woman's. Although they were a few dresses and some men's tennis shoes.they had a huge selection of luggage tags .After a lengthy conversation with the sales representative who was great we decided to hold off on the travel sachel until we returned home and check out the local Vuitton store.

My wife and I returned to the Louis Vuitton store at the International Mall to exchange an item we previously purchased. We made an appointment and were greeted by the concierge at the front door. He was very polite and extremely helpful addressing our needs. After a brief wait I was greeted by a Sales Associate, Chrissy, who asked the reason for my exchange and was very, very happy to assist with our exchange. My wife had her heart set on a particular pocketbook and Chrissy was able to locate the last one available in the store. I told her that my wife was extremely happy, and it was her Birthday gift, so she was very happy. We have been coming to this LV store for a while and they are always so pleasant and easy to work with, no pressure to purchase...ever! Thank you very much Louis Vuitton.
