I lived in those apartments when they first open. I knew people sneaking in living with their spouse and having extra income and nothing was done. Yet they wouldn’t let me renew because they claim I didn’t report $300 I got for my kids social security (which I did they just claimed I didn’t to not let me renew). They said I didn’t qualify anymore yet I was in a 3 bedroom if $300 didn’t qualify me for a 3 bedroom it definitely did for a 4 bedroom. Worst office staff. A lot of favoritism with other tenants doing illegal things and nothing was done to them. I know hear the staff is gone. Must say you do bad and bad comes back to you 🤷🏻‍♀️ Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere…

Honestly, I live here right Now and I see it's perfectly good. The office people are nice. If you have a issue with your house Dave can come in and fix it for free. I love it here. My apartment is very nice and very luxury 5 starss

I've lived here for almost three years now and can say I LOVE IT!! The office staff is great and Dave the maintenance man is very nice and responds quickly... Now there is a very looooooooooooong wait list, but with a $13 money order you can get on it and stay on it.. This place has a lot to offer.. I'm not moving anytime soon...

Worst office I have ever encountered! My wife and I stopped in to inquire about an apartment and the office manager was very rude!!! She looked at us like we were an inconvenience just because we stopped her from playing with papers...
