I custom ordered a necklace from here, the man who helped me was Wade Benton, it was great customer service, he was very quick to respond and worked with me very well, his work is beautiful, I absolutely recommended this place and this man should get a raise!

This store was definitely set up very nicely and they definitely have great and affordable prices for the products. The only thing that is wrong with this store, are the employees. While shopping with my boyfriend I was racially profiled by two of the employees. I hadn’t touch or picked up anything when I entered and I never do, due to the way the world is today. However, a white woman employee, is staring me down and looking at my hands and whispers over to another white male employee and they look back at me and stare me down. Then as I’m looking at crystals the white woman walks to where I am as if she’s fixing a display in my area. So I move to another area and she follows me there. Their approach and service was absolutely disgusting! I will never shop there! Worst customer service!

These folks are fabulous! My wife and I went to find last minute gifts for Christmas. We stopped in, found some beautiful pieces, checked out, and in the madness that is Christmas eve shopping we left a piece behind. I sent an email letting them know what happened and see if it could be found. They found and shipped it to us. Our daughter loved the late surprise. Thank you so much!
