Brandon had great customer service. The other employees were great too. The car wash machine does a good job. It’s fun for the kids with the rainbow soap and color lights. The vacuums always work and the area is always very clean. Good and busy location. New policy: Car wash 1st and vacuum after.

I’ve had a American Pride/Zips membership for a few years now and I absolutely love their service! They always do a fantastic job! It’s so much cheaper not having to pay for a wash every single time I have to get my car cleaned. I highly recommend this place!

Where do I begin. No management on site. No phone number to call. Emails take days to respond. Line is to the street with over 20 cars no matter what time you come by. There is a car parked in the bay, only one working. I have been back three times in one day still waiting for a car wash it is ridiculous. Where is the value, Where is the service? I own a franchise this is ridiculous

Where do I start. Equipment is almost always broken. Today the brushes that do the sides of the vehicle were inoperable. Employee said they keep blowing fuses because the wiring is bad. I just drove my car down from up North so I figured this $15 wash would get the salt off. WRONG! employee that guides you into the tunnel didn't even bother "pre wash" even though the ZIps guarantee clearly state pre wash. So let's recap. For my $15 most of the vacuums were clogged up with debris, no pre wash, brushes that was side of car were broken, and the "power dry" did pretty much nothing. My car is still coated in road grime and salt and I'm out $15.00 I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place. Don't waste your money.

We hate to hear this, Kimberly! We will check in with our local team to see what we can do to improve.
Hi Lisa. I found this information on their website: "...plus our recycling system saves energy and water with every wash." I think recycling the water might explain the odor.
Depends on wash and what time you go. 4$ for basic wash during happy hour up to 20$ for top end. Vacs are always free. If you're car is pretty dirty, don't get bottom level wash.
No inside for customers. You stay in your car through the wash following an optional free self-vacuuming.
Yeah..part of service
Brought my Escalade through no problem
