The front office staff couldn't find their way out of a paper bag. We notified them our neighbors were smoking and they simply said, "We're not here to enforce rules, just collect rent." At the end they tried forcing us to pay a cleaning fee and repainting fee, they were aware we took photos before we left and hired cleaners. It was fun to make the property manager feel stupid for trying to charge us for cleaners and stating all the walls needed repainting when none had marks.. Thanks for the laughs Joni.

Great apartment complex so far. I've lived there for 1 month. Very quiet. Really pretty. Well kept. Some of the office staff can get a bit attitude-y which is annoying, but it's worth it to put up with it since the property is very, very nice. You can go walking in the area as well. Pet friendly. They should leave signs for the residents to not let their pets poop on the sidewalk though, because many do. There's also wild turkeys in the hills nearby. Lol. They gobble in the mornings on the weekends. I would recommend this property to a friend.

I came to this property looking for a 2br apartment as my last stop for the day. I had been to 5 other properties in the area and fell in love with this one. Not only are the grounds and units upgraded and beautiful, the staff was amazing! Erin was so incredibly helpful. She spent over an hour with me showing me around the entire property. She personalized the experience by asking me questions and really making an effort to meet my individual needs. She ended up showing me 6 units (which is time consuming). She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the complex and seemed to know all of the residents by their first names! This was impressive and really let me know that despite how big this complex was it was a real community. I hands down recommend The Pointe as a place to live. I am a single woman living alone and I was at ease knowing that it was a gated community and tha staff knew residents by their first names. It was also comforting seeing how nice the staff were (especially Erin!) not to mention he views are amazing and the units are gorgeous!

We've been here for three years now and we just love the place. Everyone in the office is accommodating, courteous, approachable and always ready to attend to your needs. When you need something to be attended to, they always see to it that it is remedied.Donna, Imelda, Tawnee, Ben and Abel are all in sync! There's a new guy but i forgot his name, He's part of that which i mentioned. The whole complex is clean!!!!! Hubby says he wants the Starbucks certificate re instituted for referrals. Our place is comfortable with the best view, you wake up seeing he beautiful hills and trees. Once in a while we are visited by the "turkey" patrol! An add on to the beauty of our place. We are enjoying!!!! You need coffee? Drop by the office. That goes with a yummy cookie! I hope the newsletter is in publisher.Call me if you need any help. Thank you!
