I had a breast augmentation last year that I was happy with besides a slight scar difference, I was content. During my year check up, Dr.Pickart's assistant mentions to me that I have aspire points that would get me a reduced price for fillers. I was happy to use my aspire points and set up my appointment to get lip fillers. Well, I had to go to their other office, Michael Kelly's and thanks to Sara--I will never be back at Dr. Pickart's office. She didn't believe me, she looked irritated I had aspire points, and she even called the receptionist during my procedure to fact check me! The receptionist said she couldn't find my chart and the assistant that told me about the points was not there. Long story short, she changes the product in the middle of our session and charges me the full price while NEVER letting me know the price difference. My aspire points did not mean anything, so beware of this promotion if you hear it. She also said the assistant was not the professional to be quoting certain specials. Get it together ladies! Sara really needed to get her money's worth and misled my entire procedure. Shame on you.

Dr. Pickart and his friendly and knowledgeable staff really set the bar high when it comes to professionalism and care for their patients. Going through breast reconstruction you certainly become very close to your physician and staff it’s so important to be able to connect with them in a way more so than your normal family medicine provider. His bed side manner is outstanding, showing true care and time for his patients. Dr. Pickart makes you feel comforted and confident before surgery and follows through afterwards as well. Not to mention his incision lines are clean and so much better than a general surgeon. I was truly shocked as I expected the same surgical lines as I got with a mastectomy from another doctor. I’m so thankful for Dr. Pickart as we walk through this journey together! I also want to share that his staff is equally outstanding from the minute you walk through the door greeted by Yaeko, to Tara his assistant and his office manager Shannon. You can really tell they all love what they do and make you feel important. If you’re considering a plastic surgeon I couldn’t recommend anyone other than Dr. Pickart. His honesty and care for his patients should be applauded and followed by his fellow physician family in the community.

Dr. Pickart and all his staff are skilled, knowledgeable, discrete, and extremely kind. From my initial consultation to my recovery, Dr. Pickart was attentive and did all he could to relieve my anxiety and answer questions. My results are better than I could have asked for. As a mother of 2, my breasts needed a little enhancement. They are soft, very symmetrical, and I have minimal scaring from my implant incision. I have already recommended Dr. Pickart to some friends who are interested in a similar procedure. Super grateful!!
