A couple of months ago, I noticed a few spots in my home where baseboards were damaged. I suspected that was termite damage, which was confirmed by the 3 different companies that came to evaluate the problem. After online research and interviewing these 3 different companies, we went we Cal Termite. They were prompt to respond, clear in their explanations, and pleasant to deal with. Their prices were also very competitive. They installed stations around our home that will attract the termites and poison them, keeping our home protected for about a year. A little over a month after the work, they came back to check on the stations, ask if we were satisfied with the work, and offered to spray the perimeter of the house to keep the creepy crawlies out, at no cost! So far, we are very pleased with the service we received and would definitely recommend this company for termite treatments.

I had a great experience working with Cal Termite! We were looking to get a preventive treatment done for termites in our home. CalTermite was quick to respond, schedule an inspection, and provide a report - all free of charge. Their quote was also in line with another vendor in the area. The inspector and the service tech that worked with us very courteous and thorough. They also returned to do a post service inspection. I will use them for all my future pest control needs

Cal Termite provided exceptional service. Professional, Quality, Service at every level! Don’t look anywhere else! We had four estimates to have our house fumigated and repairs. All the estimates were comparable in price, but it was Scott that sold us. He had extensive knowledge and wasn’t trying to upsell services, I felt like I was working with a friend. For the dry rot repairs, we had Miguel come out to the house and he was very professional and knowledgeable as well, going above and beyond, repairing some rot not discovered until removing the façade. Then we had Hugo and his team come to the house for the fumigation, even though he was contracted, he was a great representative of my Cal Termite experience. Steve came out for the post QC inspection. He was professional and thorough, ensuring there were no termites and repaired areas were satisfactory. And finally, Joanna, the unseen colleague in the office, was great at answering any questions, scheduling, and the finances. We could not ask for better service! Thank you, Cal Termite!!!
