Sierra Vista is the worst medical group facility in Simi valley. The doctors don't care about their patients. The patients are treated like 3rd class citizens. They don't answer phone calls. I've been calling them for a month and they haven't answered the phone call even once. The online support is the worst. My mom went to their urgent care and wanted to find out her results but they didn't provide her with online support to look at the results and the doctors never answer the phone calls. Sunita Chaudhary is the worst doctor, she never answers the phone call and my mom couldn't get an appointment with in 2 years.

I just had an follow up doctor appointment on March 17th with dr.gareys and that she keeps on focusing on my weight and not on myself as a whole patient and that she keeps on saying that I am not taking my medication every day when I have been taking my medication everyday. So I would not recommend seeing Dr gareys and change to a different doctor that is there.

This is Amy King. I have been going to Sierra Vista for 15yrs. For several years i have Dr. Gareys as my Dr. Dr. Gareys is the best Dr i have ever had. Shes always on time. She listens well and takes her time answering ?’s. Dr Gareys is so kind so considerate and she is 1 in a million with compassion. Shes never steered me wrong. I love her and all of the staff at Sierra Vista. I honestly believe she has saved my life from getting Covid. I have phone appts since the Covid outbreak. She has kept me safe. If i have any questions i leave her a message and she calls me back quickly. A Dr who really cares for her patients is hard to find these days. Hands down Dr Gareys is THE BEST DR. anyone would ever need. If i could leave a billion stars I would she should be Dr. of the year every year, cause she is. Thank you sierra vista for keeping me safe and healthy.

Do not recommend. Ridiculously long hold time on the phone. Vague/false directions for patients from front desk. I love Dr. Shah. He is one of the best doctors that I’ve had the pleasure of being under the care of. But the Sierra Vista staff is the absolute worst medical staff that I’ve come across. They’ve made something as simple as getting blood work done an frustrating nightmare for me that has been dragging on for months. I really wish that Dr. Shah would go to a more professional clinic who genuinely valued the time and health of their patients. This clinic is a perfect example of careless customer service in the medical field. What a disgrace.
