They were very very helpful and they knew exactly what to offer as far as suggestions. It's a sad and stressful time when we lose someone we love. The Rose Family is compassionate and understanding. Rose Family Funeral Home was so helpful with the process of losing a loved one. My family and I were so pleased with their service especially since this was our first time having to deal with a major loss like this in our family. My father passed away a few months ago. A funeral was something my family and I were not prepared for. After looking at various options for funeral homes we decided with Rose Family and so glad we did. They really help you through the process of the next steps after losing a loved one. We also used their chapel for my father’s services. The chapel and the offices are clean, cozy, and inviting. Everyone who helped us was kind, professional, and caring. They also checked up on us even after the funeral. I highly recommend Rose Family; it is so difficult losing a loved one and getting the right so support is vital. You want to feel comfortable of the care your loved one will be in before their final resting spot; Rose Family made us feel that our father was being taken care of properly and respectfully. I truly don’t know how we would have done everything without the support of Rose Family, they are in the right place and helping so many people. Thank you Rose Family.

The Rose Family Funeral home was amazing. I personally worked with Jasmine who was an amazing funeral director and also am embalmer. She has a very calming demeanor and is so patient, kind and caring. She was very easy to talk to and goes above and beyond her job. She also did the embalming and makeup on my mom and she did a wonderful job. My daughter and I met with her after the passing of my mom and my daughter asked to see her and she prepared my mom for us to view her in the chapel On the day of the funeral she went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. Everyone there is ai nice and comforting. The chapel is beautiful. I needed to cut some costs where I could and they were so understanding. The men who came to pick up my mom from our home were very nice as well. Also the pastor who did the services was amazing.

Above and beyond caring. The people at Rose Family Funeral Home were both kind and competent, which is exactly what you want when you've lost someone. We chose them when my mother was in hospice ten years ago, and then again during the pandemic when my father was in hospice. Both times, their professionalism and just genuine caring and kindness made such a difference. They helped me get military honors for my dad's memorial service, they treated us all (and especially my parents) with the utmost respect... I really wish there were more stars to give, they have been awesome.
