Worse service! Costco standards should be higher than that. I had a flat tire and they wasted 3-4 hours just to tell me it will take longer because I do not have an appointment. Next time I get a flat tire I’ll ask the tire to let me know so I can make an appointment ahead of time. By the way, the phone number does not even work. They’re understaffed for the amount of work they “offer” to do. Moral of the story, take your car somewhere else if you value your time and money. Don’t let them waste your time like they did mine. I left with a flat tire which is unsafe as they refused to do anything. Costco tire sucks! Appointment for a flat tire is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Almost any business takes emergencies!!!

Terrible service here! I was expecting at least moderate customer service but the lady working at the tire center really looks like she hates her job. She’s arguing with the customer in front of me, then telling me that I didn’t have to wait in line for the request I had (rudely) then answers questions in a very rude short tone.. like genuinely this lady is not happy here..: common Costco... you’re letting me down again smh

The best place to replace your tires with dedicated certified service tech. There is always a wait but they do take appointment. Tire center manager Dave and his dedicated professional, few names worth mentioning, Erik, Tamas, Pancho and Angie, the only lady in the group. Keep up the good work.
