We are driving from Maine to Florida with our three dogs. We googled dog park like we always do, took an exit and arrived, only to find its membership only. And the one and only dog owner there ignored us, even after we explained our situation. Thanks for nothing, PA! No wonder only one person was there. Taking our fully immunized and behaved dogs elsewhere.

Carry a can of doggie mace, when other dogs get aggressive kindly pull the can out of your pocket so the others owners know your serious about your safety. Also call animal control so if anything happens they have a record of the type of dog and description of the owner incase they try to accuse your dog of being the aggressive one. You could also just tell the owner be prepared to lose your pension because if something happens I'm taking everything. Legally aggressive have to be on a leash. This sounds more like an owner problem than a dog problem. Good luck and be safe.
