Not a good experience. I recently had a ultrasound done. The technician, I believe he was Asian, was in such a hurry he couldn’t locate the spot that was hurting me. Unprofessional, arrogant and disrespectful.

My husband was camping with friends when he fell and injured his eye. His friends got him to Sutter late at night. The staff worked very hard to get ahold of me, calling about 4-5 times and leaving messages. It was around 11:30 at night and I didn’t answer the phone. But, the staff were persistent and called my work to see if they could get ahold of me. Recognizing this number, I answered and found out about my husbands injury. I called them right away and they were so sweet. I can’t thank them enough for their persistence in reaching me. They also provided my husband with excellent care. Thank you all for everything. My niece a baby and these people especially one of the nurses was so rude They broke the babies shoulder Injured her soft spot on her head Caused her to stop breathing and seizures thank God she was life flighted to a hospital that knows what they’re doing unbelievable You could see the babies head and they did nothing but twist and stick their hands in as if they didn’t know what they were doing. The babies head stay there for at least two hours. My sister-in-law yelled at the doctors and begged them to please help her and the nurse became rude and almost as if she couldn’t Be bother to listen or hear This is shameful and horrible and should never happen

This PA is practicing medicine at Little Lake Health Clinic in Willits, CA. I have been having a very hard time finding accurate information on him so that I can leave a review. Information on his location is still connected with Sutter Lakeside, so this is where I will leave my review. Christie has now seen my daughter twice and both times he has provided the exact opposite of "care" for her. Not only was he dismissive, he was confrontational and argumentative. It literally made me nauseous that someone who is being paid to provide "care" for patients was doing the exact opposite by actively trying to incite distress and discord. He refused to acknowledge my daughter's complaint and completely dismissed her discomfort. I left the office disgusted by the entire experience. It is really no wonder that information on him is obscure and leads to dead-ends. If I were his employer, I wouldn't want to admit it either.

Call ahead first. All people on campus must wear a mask, have proof at least one vax, or proof of neg. test 48 hrs. prior to visit. Hope that helps answer your question. I go there 2x/wk for PT. Newest rule is you must wait in your vehicle or outside until they come. No sitting in the waiting area.
