I have never been treated so poorly! Several times I have been forgot about in the room and left waiting until I went and found someone, I have called and left messages and been ignored. You show up on time for your appointment and then wait an hour or more to be seen and then get a total of 10 minutes with the Doctor. The last straw was two weeks ago I called left a message with my Doctors nurse for refills on 2 medications. Nothing. Last week I called the Pharmacy to call the Doctor. Still nothing. Today I called the clinic again and asked to leave a message with my Doctor and not her nurse. I was then informed my Doctor no longer works there. No one informed me that she was leaving or had left and that I would have to find a new Doctor. In fact I was told by the receptionist that even though I am out of my thyroid medication I can't get a refill until I see someone new. 14 days from now! I have never in all my life been treated so badly by a medical facility. Don't go there! They don't care!

I took my three kids today to the dental department. I was very impressed. They were right on time with the appointments. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The young women who helped my youngest were super awesome!!! The reviews i read did not reflect the visit we had.

It's better than nothing. Be prepared to wait a long time! The lady's at the front desk (medical) are always very sweet as well as most of the medical assistants. There's one provider that does not speak English very well, not sure what language it is but good luck understanding her! The other lady providers are ok, just DO NOT SEE DR. WIRTH-LESS!!! He is rude and disrespectful!! He treated my disabled mother like a drug addicted mental case! He does not like to prescribe medication and has absolutely NO CLASS!! Dont waste your time with that man, you're better off being your own Google Dr.

Been going to this clinic since i moved to area 2 years ago and its gone down hill. Everytime you go in you have to fill out more and more paperwork. Questionnaires about very personal things and also questions that don't have any bearing on your medical issues at all. The last 2 times I have gone in they have decided that I need to see at least 4 doctors just to get some simple medication refilled. Not to mention have countless tests and exams done, which are completely unnecessary and excessive. If you have doctors that cant prescribe medication why are they working there?! Never have i had so much trouble just trying to get meds refilled, and I am NOT talking about narcotics or anything that is addictive. The last appointment I was told you only have 15 min. to see the doctor and you can only talk about 1 medical issue per appointment. These were the nurses exact words, I am not making this up. She also told me that the doctor might fill my prescription "IF SHE FELT LIKE IT." Feelings have nothing to do with this! I come to you for help, I pay my hard earned money, put myself in a situation i hate just to have the nurses and doctors treat me like garbage. I was shocked and very upset by this since I have been to countless clinic doctors and never have they treated me like I was on an assembly line. I have never had so much trouble in my life with a clinic. I would suggest going to The clinic in Ukiah, they actually treat you like a person and if you have to get medication refilled like Birth control they can actually help you without putting you through the ringer. Lakeside Health Center you are a complete disgrace to the medical profession.
