Bad experience with my windshield replacement. They reassembled my car incorrectly and my wiper washers don’t work. I can’t get a hold of them through the automated phone system. Also, they replaced a rear window on my truck, the seal was defective. They were supposed to replace but have heard nothing from them. Two cars serviced that will require at least two visits to attempt to get the repair correct. I would use another company.

When I first walked in there was 1 person ahead of me, 2 people behind the desk but 1 was helping a customer on the phone. When it was my turn I encountered the person on the left who helped the customer ahead of me and she was not welcoming at all. She was brief, told me what I needed to know although already I knew since this wasn't my first service with Safeite. My car was completed way before the estimated time. When I returned I was helped by the representative on the far right and she was very pleasant.

I went online to make an appointment on a Friday and I was able to get an appointment the following Monday morning. I dropped my vehicle off about 15 min before my appointment. Just an hour later they called and my vehicle was all done and ready to be picked up. I was super impressed with how quickly they got it done! The customer service was great as well!

I’m not sure what’s up with the bad reviews previously but I personally had a great experience here. Their customer service was great. The only thing lacking was a follow up a day before on my appointments. I wish they would have called me a day before to remind me. But I know that is just a personal preference. Other than that, I personally had a good experience here and wouldn’t mind coming back here to get my windshield replaced. They were quick on the replacement of my windshield and communication was great when they finished on my car.
