We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with California Cryobank. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating. I recently spoke with a lovely agent named Maria Lee. She was attentive, personable, and went out of her way to ensure we had all of the information requested. If you ever get a chance to speak with her, just know you're in great hands! She truly cares about her customers.

I've tried 5 times! With these vials and it didn't work all 5 times I was ovulating and I can have kids i have a kid and didn't have a issue having her they wouldn't refund anything or send anything after even 5 vials spent over 3000 and it didn't work very disappointed!

I was a perspective donor here. Although I did not complete the process, I got a look into their standards. They are extremely thorough with who they pick, and the do a multitude of tests to ensure you do not have a criminal record/troubled past, etc., along with genetic diseases and more. I highly recommend anyone looking for a donor to highly consider California Cyrobank. They exhibit only the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Website is very easy to use and if you need to talk to someone- there is no long waits! Going through infertility is a long process and very stressful- California Cryobank made the process of picking a sperm donor very easy and fun!

Please help! My partner and i have been trying to get our release form sign by a doctor but our keiser doctors said they will not sign the form due to it being 3rd party! Any recommendations? Did anyone have this problem?

Hi, we did not have that issue with Kaiser. Your obgyn or specialist should be familiar with this , i would ask for more clarification. Ive only seen them not sign if your donor is CMV positive and you are negative because it would be against doctor's recommendations. If you are not able to get the results you need , i would escalate the issue with the director, customer service online and by phone. I know you guys are probably in a time crunch due to cycle and don't need this stress. Best of luck
