Went into store today to pick up gold fish to add to my pond. Two people working, both helping the same customer. Stood around waiting to be noticed for 15 minutes and left. Won't try that again.

The place is usually great for dog food. My first time purchasing the live meal worms 75 to a container. I fed this to my pet and whenn I got to the bottom container there was blue and green mold. Gross! I called the store to let them know and they were like, your pet should be fine. I was dismayed at the lack of care for selling a bad product and not showing any care for the pet that consumes this. Be aware.

Stopped in for the first time to check things out. Firstly, the workers were very nice! But the conditions for the animals were pretty gross. The cockatiels and the conure were in guinea pig enclosures. It didn't look clean, like it wasn't cleaned in awhile. No toys or barely any toys from what I remember. The cockatiels looked unwell except for the one WF pearl who looked quite lively. One looked to be very sick, possibly french molt, which would then make all the other birds carriers/sick as well. I hope that's not the case. Not to mention everything including the animals were overpriced. That I do understand, these are chain pet stores, they are always overpriced. I would not shop here ever, especially to protect my own birds from whatever diseases I may accidentally bring home from here. I don't know how the other locations are, but this one is definitely not good!

This is a great place to go for dog food. The food really nice lady I was more than helpful with helping me make a confident decision on which bags to get for my super picky Dorky. ( Half Yorkie half datschund) and... She loves her new food!!!

Hello Melanie, This location does have reptiles, but the species we have on hand varies. Please call us and we would be glad to help you with any questions regarding our reptile stock and pricing. Best regards!
Yes they do. They have males and females. Super cute and healthy
We do not sell dogs or cats, we encourage adoption at the local shelters or finding a local reputable breeder.
We do not have hamsters right now, we are hoping to get more soon!
We are following all of the recommended safety protocols to keep our customers and employees safe! Face coverings are required for customers, hand sanitizer is available at the registers, all carts are sanitized between use, and social distancing stickers are placed on the floors. Our employees are required to do temperature checks before every shift and we have strict guidelines for staying home with any symptoms of illness.
Due to California state law, Incredible Pets no longer carries bunnies for sale. It is important to us to ensure the safety and well-being of animals, and we encourage you to talk to a local pet adoption organization to find out about how to adopt a bunny for your family. There are many furry bunnies up for adoption waiting for a loving home! Remember if you are looking for a pet and decide not to adopt, be sure to only work with reputable, local breeders to ensure the safety and health of your new pet. Best regards!
Yes, they do
I expect they have a small variety tho I've never really looked in the bird section.
As much as we love our customers’ pets, unfortunately we are not legally able to buy or accept animals from customers into our store. California has regulated the sale of some animals to prevent unsafe breeding conditions, and therefore we cannot buy or sell puppies, kittens, or bunnies. Instead, we encourage you to reach out to local adoption agencies and shelters or local families to see if anyone is looking to bring in a new pet.
Yes live and frozen
Hi Brian, Yes, we do sell pinky mice. Depending on if you would like live or frozen mice, it might be helpful to call the store before you head over to make sure they have some in stock, sometimes they do sell quick! Best regards!
I would say that if you would let your car be 75 to 80 degrees and it shouldn't be a problem that gecko can tolerate that temperature range
Tony summed it all up. If u r looking for a better option try Capital Aquarium
