Went in for an X-ray at 8am this morning (Monday). Both members of the staff I interacted with were extremely courteous and professional. I was out of there in fifteen minutes.

I have never had a poor experience with any of Sutter affiliates. Always pleasant people. You make have to wait a minute, but we all need to just appreciate our front line worker's. They are over worked and under staff. So please smile at them and tell them to have a great day.

I have always had a positive experience at this imaging facility. However, the one-star rating is due to recent experiences scheduling or changing appointments. I made a call this morning and was told the wait time would be 24 minutes to speak to someone. I hung up and decided to try later in the day. I have currently been on hold for 40 minutes! And there is no others means (website, MyHealthOnline, etc.) to schedule or change an appointment. Do they have only one scheduler for the entire Sutter Imaging system??? Absolutely unacceptable!

Went here for my first ultrasound 😊 I was very pleased. Appt was at 7:45am, got there at 7:20am. And they took me back about 7:35AM. Front desk and ultra sound tech were fast & friendly.
