First time here! Place looked nice and upscale! Order your food ahead through the app! Mine came right away during trailers! I sat in the front row and that was fine with little disruptions! I got a burger and fries with a large soda and they were not bad at all. I would come back again.

Here is my review for this sorry excuse for a cinema, conveniently located attached to the Menlo Park Mall in Edison, New Jersey. Went with family to watch Top Gun: Maverick for the second time. (Went to Route 1 AMC in IMAX the first go round) Sad to report that this particular AMC Theatres is very much run down now and the "dine-in" experience has heavily declined! The ticketing is very smooth and it was a breeze to order tickets ahead of time. Prices are fair due to inflation and rising costs of everything so I won't complain on that front. We order food from one of the two concession stands and was told it would be delivered to our seats. Very cool, but the downside is if we wanted other items we would have to physically get up and walk out and then go back in line and order. I understand it's a bit difficult to have food service while movie is playing but a good compromise would be if they had some sort of phone Application to order drinks and food from seat instead. Once inside our cinema for the showing, I easily found our seats but much to my dismay the trays were VERY VERY Dirty. Not the most welcome sight especially if you plan to munch or drink on something during the movie. (Photos attached) The only saving grace are the comfortable seats. That being said I should probably get tested for Hepatitis because I'm pretty sure they haven't cleaned the seats since the First Top Gun 30+ years ago, SMH ! Picture was decent but IMAX definitely a large and more crisp viewing experience. Sound was okay but NOT loud enough! We could literally hear the next door showing of the same movie that was starting at a later time then ours. There were people talking and cell phones going off. Wish staff would have thrown them out. It was annoying and damaged moments for sure. Floors looked dirty and there was that awful smell of popcorn and carpet that was very pungent. Overall staff was pleasant and helpful, i just wish there was more leadership and direction here at this location. Saving grace of all this was the movie was great and the overpriced "Not so Giant" Oreo Milkshake was fantastic ! Final Verdict: Two Stars ⭐⭐ (Just a friendly warning ⚠️) Eject ⏏️ yourself from the idea of coming here if you value your money and movie going experience !

Great experience of dining + movie! Could have been better if my order was delivered on time despite placing it online with the movie tickets

Ok ... I had 5 stars but dropped it to 1. I went to see the Spiderman movie on a Friday, December 31st, 7pm. I only took off my mask to eat and have popcorn. I tested positive for COVID on Sunday, two days later. Someone in this theater passed it to me. The one time I leave the house in 2 yrs, I get COVID at this AMC. Not only that but, this guy was on his phone the whole time and his phone was bright.

Yes
Yes as long as it's an age appropriate movie that you plan to bring them to. They show kids movies there quite frequently and other PG rated movies.
Please check their website for listings
I use to buy my tickets online and take advantage of a company discount( I work for Compass) and get them for like 10$ before taxes regular movie and 13$ before taxes 3D, however if you buy on site they are like 18$ and 20$ not quite sure.
No, it is not mandatory to order food- But, they have a great menu , the Food is fresh and delicious...
U don't have to order food enjoy the movie
AMC Dine in theaters have reclining seats. It will notate it when you are looking through the movie times.
Nice but a bit pricey
Depends on the movie
I didn't know this theater did 5$ shows on Tuesday. I know the movie theater in Hazlet does 5$ all day, every Tuesday, for every movie.
Yes, and like a Barcalounger, the foot rests come up. Also, trays slide (manually) in front. There are control buttons on one armrest, like on car seats for recline and footrest.
I don't think they show any hindi movies, but I'm pretty sure that there's a theater nearby that does
It must be easier to just check the show times than to post a message and wait for a reply.
You can sit in your group but they will put 2 spaces chairs empty on each side.
Yes u also have to order before u sit down and u must know the theater number and seat number
I don't think so. There's no one who checks. Maybe if u order a drink they'll check then..
I have never seen that during a film there. Contact customer service at the location and they may be able to advise.
Yes and comfortable.
Go on Tuesdays and go Walgreens and get snacks
Yes she can't go in the one that is 21 or older
They cater to an American audience and they do not receive bollywood movies. You should look into Big Cinemas on Oak Tree near the Chile's and the Wells Fargo. They feature many bollywood films.
10 a person thsts how much I paid
Yes, as long as you have an adult with you.
No, minors need to be accompanied by adult
no
Senior (60+) tickets are $11.89 each.
Yes
It depends on what type of film format (normal, Real 3D, etc). However, it's $1.50 off any ticket price for seniors. A normal film format is $15.19, minus $1.50 discount, equal $13.69. Not much. That said, different AMC theaters has different rates. On average, it's practically $1.00 to $1.50 off whatever the rates are. You can sign up for their rewards program and get $5 Tuesdays.
It depends on what you order but it runs from 10 to 20 on some of the items. There are free refills on drinks.
Yes after 16 you start to pay for an adult ticket.
Yes....
I think you're asking if there are Spanish subtitles. If that's the question, the answer is no
Great place. The staffs are very nice and the food is great
This place has gone down hill fast. Everything is hit or miss.
Not required
Yes

Yes and they have chairs next to wheel chair designated zones
Call ahead but they should. Moviepass pays full price to the theater but AMC did make a bid deal about concession profits....
Anywhere between $14 to $ 20. If you have points on your Stubs card then you could get $5 off
For 3D 16.19 for children and seniors and 17.69 for adults. Normal ticket 12.19 for children and seniors and 13.69 for adults
Yes. Might be an additional charge
It's about an hour and 41 min long. How long it will be in theater maybe till then end of this month
Depends on the last movies start time.
3pm, 6:30pm and 9:15pm. Please google "My Little Pony AMC" for changes in times.
Depends on the movie because they serve the food while you are watching the movie. Meaning no set time.
