The receptionist can not manage the office appointments. I was given a 9:30 appointment time when scheduling over the phone. Revived an email with the incorrect time. Called the office again to confirm my appointment time. Again the receptionist reassured me my appointment was at 9:30. I waited over 2 hours and was not seen. After hour one I even asked the receptionist if I should reschedule and again she reassured me I would be next to be called in which I was not. The receptionist is incompetent and condescending.

Everyone it was nice in the office and it was hardly a wait at all. In the past is the wait Time was ridiculous. So I’m hopeful that they fixed the scheduling or hired more dental assistants & dentists. I’m always scheduled for a “free“orthodontic consultation with my dental appt but I never hear anything about orthodontics during my visits. The only issue I have is the scheduling. Apparently when you call to make an appointment the appointments are made by a third-party or offshore call center and they are clueless to the office hours or lunch breaks. They also take a really long time to just schedule a simple appointment. In fact most of the time I call to schedule an appointment I end up just hanging up because they talk so much or just drag the call out.
