I’ve been trying to reach someone at the store for about a week, there’s been no answer. I was told to call back to tell them the year my son will be graduating from Jr high, so they can start working on his jacket. It is total chaos in there 🤦🏻♀️ But the lady that was helping me Jessica, was very nice and helpful!

Quality is horrible and customer service even worse. Wanted to buy polo shirts and the ones that were brought out some of them were stained and faded. Also needed a jacket and was told that it wasn’t going to be ready until September and that that wasn’t their problem it was mine.

The worst longest experience stand in on line to pay in another which makes the process longer when they can charge me at the first register thats help. It makes no since then have to stand in a third line to pay never come back here again as well over priced

Michael’s is the exclusive supplier of school uniforms to many private schools all around LA. Be aware, the term “exclusive” is not a positive. It’s not because of some superiority of sorts. Rather, this is a monopoly in the truest sense of the word. Do companies need to provide good service? Quality design and materials? Yes, because customers can always walk if they don’t. With this “exclusive” setup in this industry, THERE IS NO OTHER CHOICE. Why is it so easy to believe that there is some sort of payola in this setup? This type of arrangement needs to end. One of these days, there will be a class action lawsuit regarding this.
