No way to avoid employees that come to work with colds and don't use their masks to cover a sneeze then blow their nose and not wash their hands. They put fresh gloves but with dirty hands. That is the only person I was exposed to and thee days later I had their cold and several other patients, ones this employee worked on had colds also! I have also seen employees drop supplies on the floor and just pick them up and put then back on the supply table. I think more training is in order and maintenance of sinks, towel racks, water faucets are all in poor shape.
