The Baltazar Family had experienced a very nice, well organized, nicely remembered funeral service for mom who just passed away 5/24/2022 and the services were made June 15-17, 2022. Thank u so much.

IF YOU PUT YOUR LOVED ONES THERE THEY MAY OR MAY NOT STILL BE THERE SO BEWARE ok so we put our loved ones ashes in the wall there 25 years ago and we were going to add our mother in the same nitch and to our horror lima mortuary discovered that my sister was missing from the space and they had no answers on why but said they our not responsible for MISSING LOVED ONES this is a shock to us and my family so buyer beware your loved ones my or may not be there and i have found out there is not alot you can do about it i am not sure why we purchased a space there thinking our loved one would be safe there only to find out the ashes we put in there have disappeared SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST and there seems to be lack of concern as well still have no answers to where my SISTER IS SHE IS JUST GONE i wonder how many others are missing that the family dose not even know about

You can request a death certificate through the funeral home or with the county where decedent passed. The cost will vary by counties.
