Harassing phone calls for collecting payment on a package I never received. They call and text non stop multiple times a day. They are rude on the phone especially Stacie and Stacie I’ve told them multiple times I did not receive the package and yet they still think I am to pay them money for something I never received. Sally and Stacie both are very aggressive with their mouths calling people down and the minute you stand up to them they get very mouthy. I will be looking into pressing harassment charges on these people. They do not have proof that I received the package as I did not sign that I received the package. For all I know the package was stolen from porch pirates in my neighborhood. I had told them this multiple times I was told by someone in the office she would investigate what happened to the package and yet she never did let alone never contacted me.

Absolutely the worst people I’ve ever dealt with. Worst thing is, the product was great. They call relentlessly with no regard for your time. Sometimes multiple times a day. It’s a game for them. It took years and legal intervention to stop them. Under no circumstances should you buy from these people. I’d pay 10x more for a far lesser product.

They will call you even if you ask them to stop. They won't stop calling. Once I decided to finally listen to their sales pitch all the way through. It still didn't pursued me to buy (because I don't need any cheap drill bits). I politely declined and the salesperson got upset and accused me of wasting their time. Did that stop them from calling again? No, of course not. There's nothing you can do. It's really amazing with these people. Their response to this will be "Sorry, Ricky, but we don't see you in our system anywhere - do you have us confused with another company?" No, I don't.

I received a cold sales call, pushing drill bits with a lifetime warranty. In my line of work that was definitely something I can use. I asked what else they sell and got, what I thought was, a good deal on a Milwaukee tool. The invoice had a shipping and handling charge (in super small print) for $91.00! I asked about it, they immediately say they’ll remove the charge. I asked why it was added in the first place. They did not have an answer. I know why. It’s dishonest and they were hoping I wouldn’t notice. Well I did. It made me question everything about the company. They have 46 complaints with the better business bureau in addition to the less than impressive 2.5 stars on google. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 only because they were nice and friendly in spite of being caught in a scam. No one was rude to me, but the $91 charge just struck a nerve. I did get a return label (2 days after I requested) and it’s all heading back. #iSaidWhatiSaid
