Today had a terrible experience with this lady ( Josshy M.) I believe she is the manager on duty but was doing registers, has no courtesy In her at all, no hello, not welcoming, not concentraded on her customers, just ringing and ringing and having the customer bag there own bags.... (. Hello this is Ralph's not a club store were you bag your own). Her face is like she expected the customer to bag there own... When I got her it was just like that as well.... Truly regret getting on her lane. If that's the kind of boss that is leading this Ralph's then no wonder the attitude of her employees.... Not please with my experience...

███ Happened right around 510pm. Went here to get seafood items and as I was walking along the back near the meat section I asked this lady who had an apron on if she worked there, she then ignored me and after I immediately asked her again she looked at me and said no and then proceeded through the back doors where only employees are allowed. I don't know what kind of training goes on here where employees can be so dismissive and lie to customers like that, but I'll be shopping else where from now on.
