WORST! Tech didn’t read doctor’s order correctly so I had to return for a second visit, redo fasting and diet, and reschedule doctor appointment. Each visit I was seen an hour after my scheduled appointment time. The waiting area is packed with ~20 people, some maskless, but apparently per the staff “it’s okay because they are sitting in the corner”.

HORRIBLE walked out after 1 hour of waiting paid $12 for parking & didn't even get blood drawn . My appointment was 10:30am Today & as i checked in i saw on the screen they had 46 people on the waiting list !! People that checked in at 9:40am & they were still waiting to be seen . they said they were about 15 minutes behind ! LIES , they were about 60-90 minutes behind schedule. why would you take more appointments than what you can handle ? Never been to a quest this unorganized . Glendale Quests are 100x's better! Do not recommend this one

I have a positive experience every time I’ve come here. The front desk employees are always efficient/professional, even if patients are not…The MVP is their phlebotomist, Josh. Outstanding morale and what a leader. Cares for his patients, his coworkers…he even buys his own office supplies. That guy is definitely working below his pay grade.
