Do not use Tesla for road hazard. If you have insurance or AAA have it towed to another tire shop. Tesla charges $115 for repair or $400 for tire replacement. Continental was going to warranty my tire since it's only 3 months old but Tesla refuse to call Continental. I would done it myself but I am 400 miles away and I can only go their on weekend when Continental is close. I should have taken it to another shop who are able to make calls to tire manufacturer. I ended up paying Tesla and they told me the tire they put in does not have any warranty. I could drive out and if the tire has issues I will have to pay the cost to repair.

Very efficient, I don't like that they tried to tell me that a rocking driver seat is "normal wear and tear on a 2½ years old car Jun I DON'T THINK SO!

Picked up put new Y today. Would give it 5 stars but because there were so many cars we had issues getting the car to unlock do to overloaded wifi. Once that was corrected everything went smoothly l. Easiest car purchase ever loved it

I didn't see any retail setup for wheelocks or other stuff when i wss there. You should call them. Im sure you can order and pick up there.

Personal wear mask,as a person visiting should too.they won't help unless you are wearing a mask. 😷 tesla has great quality service..and nice cars to test drive &buy...💯👍

Mostly. Its not open on Sunday and the hours might be limited on Saturday.
First, verify you have the Tech Package included with your vehicle. Without it, you wont get turn by turn navigation. Second, if you do have Tech Package turn by turn navigation, make sure the volume for the navigation is turned up and/or not muted.
You should be abke to order online and pick up at your preferred Service Center. Tesla does not sell aftermarket accessories
If you mean "truck parking", yes, there is a lot behind the store and an alley. Enter from DeLacey or Pasadena Ave.
