Overall, this is a good place to live. My biggest gripe with the place is that it's a bit expensive especially when you consider what you're getting for your money. The condo is great. However, I’ve never heard of a living situation at this price range where the tenants have been without power 3+days multiple times in less than 2 months. Expect to lose powers every time it storms. Buy a cooler and make sure you have ice. Frustrating when all the nearby homes at the end of the drive have their lights on. Obviously PECOs problem and not Chestnut Pointe, but you should know
