Ran into a bind with one of the big box stores not having what I needed the morning of the job, Rental world came through and gave me a great price on a 5k pallet Jack. These folks are great. I stopped in for a jack hammer and concrete saw and it was in my truck within minutes. The equipment was clean and fully operational with no issues. I returned the equipment a few minutes late and they didn't ding me, which was very much appreciated. We'll be back to rent gear in the future.

Needed to rent equipment to do a job at 40 feet. Sales consultant recommended the right lift for the job. I asked about cost of delivery and pickup. Sales consultant suggested I just rent their pickup truck. Great economical alternative, great customer service. I highly recommend Rental World.

Yes. Just call, they are very helpful. There also is a website that takes reservations. I'm not sure how reliable the website is though. When I made a reservation for a trailer they had no record of it when I arrived. I did make the reservation on my way there.
