I wish I could give 0 stars! My car was here over 2 months and we called before hand and they told us it was under warranty and come to find out it wasn't after they had it 2 months already, then called and said it was ready and we got here and it took 30 minutes to be brought around and we open the truck to find pieces still weren't put on the car, so they had to take it back and put the parts back on and we are still waiting and it's been an hour already! The service and customer service is horrible! Goodluck if you bring your car here for service!

Left one of our company vehicles here for an emergency service with a VERY tight timeline recently. Sheena Ellsworth handled the drop off and got us an extremely quick diagnosis (within 2hrs of drop off!). She kept me informed every couple of hours with movement through the process and managed to return our vehicle to us within the ridiculous timeline I gave her that I needed it back. It was NOT a simple repair but she effectively communicated our needs and timeline to the tech and they knocked it out of the park for us! Extremely happy with the results and haven’t had any further trouble.

Just wow…. They have a vehicle advertised on 2 websites for a specific price. I called to make sure it is available, which it is so I start the process and give them trade info. Starting to get excited until they send over a buyers worksheet and they add 35K to the car! I called to inquire why, as I am in shock! The manager proceeded to tell me the car is in high demand and that basically it is what it is. As I was ready to spend over 100K on a car I just couldn’t believe that they would try and take advantage of customers like this. Not only is it false advertisement, it’s just plain bad business. It’s absolutely sick that dealerships are taking such advantage of people right now just because they can. I’m still in absolute shock.

This past April 13th has been three years since I bought my car from Jim Hudson. I have always carried my car for regular maintenance to them and, no one else, also, I have received Excellent service. Today I had the pleasure of Ms. Sheena Ellsworth, my Service Advisor to greet me this morning. This young lady is/was Awesome, she is very knowledgeable, was alert and tentative to my concerns along with, Outstanding Professionalism shown, from start to finish. She definitely is a Keeper. Thanks to my Jim Hudson family for making my Experience a Great one from Sales to Service, and I will always refer my friends and family to you. Rating... Five (5) STARS, embrace it All of you Deserve it.....
