Pharmacy service is very slow and not knowledgeable

Waited over 20 minutes to get help in the drive thru. They wouldn't notice me even though I was trying to get their attention. I think the employees at this location are very disrespectful with people's time, and also inefficient. The lady Michelle was charging me $50 for my prescription, so I asked her why. Then she realized that she didn't apply my insurance to it. Thank God I asked, because I would have paid the $50 since I need my medicine. I have had similar issues here before. The same lady Michelle wouldn't check my insurance so I had to go home without my medicines until I called them and someone else fixed my problem that they lady in the drive thru couldn't double check even though I insisted about my insurance number.

I have only visited this location for their curbside pickup option, so I cannot say anything about inside the store. However, from my interactions with staff so far, this location is very good. Everytime I have ordered from here, it is filled within minutes..maybe I have just been lucky about the timing of my requests. And when I arrive and notify the store, a staff member shows up within a couple minutes and I am on my way. Staff is friendly and prompt, and the experience had always been easy and safe.

Grew up in Chatsworth all my life, the pharmacy employees are the worse ever and incompetent, they told me once I needed a separate prescription Id on top of my insurance card, called my insurance company on the sport Blue Shiel California and they told me to tell the pharmacy that the prescription is included on my insurance card. (Wasted my time) They read my daughters first name and middle name together as a first name....really!!!!!! they have the worse way to greet customers and have no respect and gets upset when you prove them wrong, I don’t know and maybe I just got the worse ones to help but I see that they still work there. In 40 years I had to change my pharmacy because of the employees that work in the pharmacy and this is coming from someone who owns and business and know all about customer service. I know I’m just a number and they don’t give a damm but I will never do business with someone who hires people like this.
