I haven't actually set foot in the store yet. Had some prescriptions transferred here and it took three times to get it to happen. Each time I told them that I don't need them filled yet and they filled them all and bombarded me with text messages to come pick them up. So far, I am not impressed and hopefully they can redeem themselves in person. It just seems like they don't listen and don't care.

The store unfortunately has gone downhill over the last couple of years the staff is great but literally expired vitamins, empty shelves and today we literally found maggots on the food aisle. Look at the pictures and videos I'm about to upload no excuse for this type of neglect kind of mind blowing....

went to drop off a ups package here and either ups or cvs didn't bother updating UPS SurePost because it's supposed to be accepted at drop off locations. worker treated me like i was stupid. they accepted my first package after the lady scanned it and it registered but the second time a went a different worker refused to take the .2 seconds to can the barcode and kept repeating that she'll only take ground. could work on customer service

Came at 5:50pm in the pharmacy drive through, they close at 6pm. Person in front of me took forever. Finally, when the person in front of me finishes… they close the blinds ON ME. So now I’m stuck without my prescription until tomorrow.
