Chad, the Site Manager, and Juan, the Assistant Manager, of the Extra Space Storage located at 20221 Prairie Street in Chatsworth are the most amazing people I have ever met in the storage industry. Not only do they take the worry and stress out of a challenging situation to begin with, but their stellar customer service combined with professionalism, empathy, kindness, care, concern, diligence, thoroughness in explaining how the whole rental process works, in essence makes you feel more like a family member and friend rather than a customer. You will also be impressed as both go way above and beyond to make sure all your rental requirements are met. The office is exceptionally clean and organized and they go out of their way to ensure you get exactly what you need. They are both honest and have integrity so rent here the next time you have storage needs. You won't be disappointed!

Juan and Chad helped me out they were on it.. hardworking, great customer service skills.. so understanding of my situation!!! So helpful and so kind. Not only did they help me after I got there a minute past closing time. But Chad was able to knock of some late fees and save me $150.
