I absolutely LOVE their products and their super fast shipping! I so always recommend them but their customer service is not the best. There was an issue with my first order. Google had changed the email to my husband's when I made the payment, which I did not realize until the next day after contacting them via Facebook. I tried to explain to them that I had ordered and sent screenshots but because my email wasn't pulling anything up. Instead of trying to help figure out what happened I got blocked from everything. I called my bank to dispute the charge since I had not gotten anything and they refused to help figure what happened. I figured out the email mishap and tried to contact them because I did still get my order and I wanted to make sure they got payment. I'm blocked. I did get a raffle ticket and finally got added to the group to see if I won but I am now kicked out of the group. You don't block someone because there was an issue, it's unprofessional. I do still order from them because I do really like their products and the variety but customer service could use some help. **Your response is horrible and unprofessional. I told you I ordered and had proof of the charge on my bank account from your business and instead of investigating on why I had a "random" charge from you guys, you denied it and refused to look into it. YOUR BUISNESS WOULD NOT HAVE MY BANK INFORMATION IF I DID NOT ORDER. I gave you all the information needed to prove I purchased from you. Again I tried to correct the issue and sent YOU all the screenshots of my order and my husbands info(our different last names shouldn't be an issue). I sent you screenshots of the charge and you refused to help. You got frustrated I got blocked. I did not harass you. I tried to explain to you guys what happen AND still pay for it. You guys refused o help and did not want to bother with it. Instead you blocked me. Walmart doesn't even do that. It's funny that you attack and block anyone that has an issue with your company instead of even apologizing and trying to help. Like I said your response shows hiw unprofessional you are. Thank you. It's ok, I got my order for free and more. THE ONLY REASON YOU DON'T HAVE MORE BAD REVIEWS, (like your Facebook page) YOU BLOCK ANYONE WHO DISAGREES OR TRYS TO PUT A NEGATIVE REVIEW. THAT'S WHY MY REVIEW IS HERE AND NOT FACEBOOK. The group you accepted me in because of the giveaway but was immediately blocked from. Grow up, you are just making yourself look worse. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT RESPONDS TO PAYING CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU DO IN REVIEWS.
