My experience at extra space storage was an excellent experience. The customer service representative Kelsey was exceptional she went above and beyond to listen to my needs and directed me in the right direction. I live in Simi Valley had to move within two weeks and found that extra space storage in Chatsworth was the place for me. The price was reasonable considering the times. Has easy access and friendly informative employees. I would recommend extra space storage Chatsworth to my friends and family.

My experience with Extra Space Storage was excellent! I processed the rental/lease agreement and paid for the unit all online. The process of obtaining the keys and getting directions to the unit were easily explained. I initially planned to rent the unit short term to store stuff while I was renovating my garage as a surprise home renovation gift. However, in a couple hours I had to cancel the agreement the same day due to disagreements on the home renovation. To cancel, I went to their office and the manager at the desk was welcoming and helpful. I explained the situation with him and he was very understanding. He was able to cancel the reservation and also refund the full rental agreement. He was very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to people because the staff is friendly and welcoming.
