Ordered some vinyl flooring for pickup and received a phone call letting me know that the product was ready and would be refunded if it was not picked up within the 7 days. I made time, hired someone for the job, and went to pick up the item only to find out that the warehouse can not locate the item. They send me to a different location 5 miles away so I’m already losing time and now I’m wasting my gas and money. Got in contact with the store manager to file complaint only for him to tell me there’s nothing he can do besides talk to the associate that called me. What does that do for me? Like all retail stores I’m sure customer satisfaction is a priority and I came to the manager with a problem in hopes for a solution instead I received a manager who does not know what he can do for me. Perhaps he needs more training on how to keep a customer coming back to his store. I have been coming to this Home Depot for years but since they can’t help me I guess I should just take my business elsewhere.

This store has everything you need to perform Home improvement projects. It would have been 5 stars but but since you cannot use your military ID anymore for the discount I only gave it 4 stars. When I went to the app to apply for the military discount count Kala the company didn't need any verification that I was a veteran. At least in the store if I wanted the discount, I had to at least show an ID.

Hmm... I have always liked HD, but this time I was kind of disaapointed. I went to get a few things I need to mow the loan, but I had to be looking and looking around for someone to ask some questions. I finally found someone who helped me. They do have many good stuff, though.

The employees here on the floor seemed like you bothered them by asking questions, even making some sighing sounds or faces. The cashiers at customer service and in lines were very nice, total opposite of floor people. Prefer to go to the National City location over this one, I would drive there to NC to avoid this Chula Vista location even if it wasn't closer.

What I know, they don't have that delivery service to Tijuana.
Masks required for customers. They have plastic dividers at checkout.
Call the store or you can go in and check. I'm pretty sure they haven't but you never know.
