At first I was canceled from another location, so I chose Chula Vista for the service to replace my front windshield. The service guy seemed a little agitated when we meet. I continued with taking my car into the warehouse, the service tech said we let you know when it’s done. So I walked off and went to grab food, on my return walk I was telephoned that it was done. So I walked back to get my car. The place had no lighting so I glanced and felt it was taken care of properly. I paid thanked him and drove off home. So the next day I went to my car to remove the tape, I looked more closely and seen deep scraped long lines that were never there. This was very unprofessional that my car is now damaged in areas that didn’t look like that prior to leaving in the hands of this business. I’m furious that trust was clearly not handled here and with their bold letters in the agreement is not fair. Damaging any vehicle due to mishandling work is not acceptable, unfair that I have to pay for some else’s mistakes. I will never return! Signed, Unsatisfied customer New update: Also wanted to add that there was a pressure crack from the horrible installation just 3 days later. So I had to reschedule another visit to a different location for yet my second replacement.

We are in 2022 and no Apple Pay? Or Samsung pay? Plus found a better option in town and for 30$ less than what this place charges. Thanks to 7 Star Autogalss… AMAZING job!!!! With great warrany!! Check them out… and they ACCEPT Apple Pay which helps a lot!! They are in 2020s for sure ;)

Super friendly ans super fast. I had an appointment to fix a window chop. In and out in 25 min. Nothing out of pocket...my insurance took care of the cost.

This place does not have early drop off key box. As stated in the instructions. Quality of work I cant tell, but lack of communication with the customers not good so far.
