Food and service was okay. The disappointment for me was that there was no WiFi for customers as they advertise and as other McDonads’s locations do. I asked the manager and he said he would look into it.

My spouse and I recently had McDonald’s and ordered breakfast through the drive through window. Everything was great and they handed it over to us. We opened it up and I realized they had given me the wrong sandwich, I had ordered a bacon McGriddle (#5) with coffee and they gave me a sausage biscuit. So we swung back through the drive through and told them. With zero apologies, the lady at the first window told us to pull the the second window and ask them to make us a new one. We pulled to the second window and requested the sandwich we ordered originally and with hesitation they gave us one. When we received it, it was cold and dry. So we parked the car and went up to the window and told them it was cold. The manager then told them to make a new one. The employee complained to the manager and said “Another one?!” At this point we are both angry and just asked for a refund. Very unprofessional staff and very disappointed in the service we received here.

I'm not a big fan of McDonald's. Especially after reading Fast Food Nation. But my friend wanted to go there. I didn't get anything. The food dies not look like the advertised picture. It looked like it was just slapped together. But the place was clean and the staff was friendly.

I went to get a Shamrock shake and a happy meal. They had neither. The service was quick and accurate for the one pitiful item I did get so that's cool I guess.
