If you buy jalapeño poppers you don’t get dipping sauce. They don’t offer it and if you ask you have to pay for it. That’s the dumbest policy I’ve ever heard. Poppers always need dipping sauce.

I have been a regular customer for over 30 years at this location and was usually satisfied with the products. Tonight that all changed, the burgers looked like a 3 yr old child made them, I got a big carl that looked like it had been left out in the rain, the bun was soggy, there were No veggies on it except for some wilted lettuce that had turned black, no tomatoes or onions, barely any sauce and two pathetic patties. My husband's famous star was just as bad, the onion rings were almost all breading with a very thin sliver of onion inside and the fries were also soggy. On top of that the prices have increased AGAIN and the food we got certainly wasn't worth the price. Unfortunately we will never get food from there again, you have lost a life long customer!

I have not been in this eatery for a long time due the Pandemic. Today's visit was a good experience; food was hot and fresh, good sense of Hospitality, and the place was super clean. Manager Raul came to my table to check on me ..... He was nice and professional.

Terrible experience. I asked the young kid if the order he gave me was correct and he confirmed that it was. I ordered a guacamole burger and gives me whatever this is. Also, I asked for sauces and I had no sauces in my bag. Terrible. Pay attention dude.
