This place was horrible, if I could give it 0 stars I would. I called before coming to the auction to inspect the cars and the lady on the phone had a nasty attitude. When I got to the actual auction in person to inspect the cars the guy that worked there told me I could't sit in the car after I sat in it to inspect everything. He said it with so much anger and hate as if I disrespected him or something which I never did. Then I tell him "where are the keys for this car ?", I wanted to turn it on to inspect it. He said "you can't turn it on but we do have the keys". So I told him to get the keys so he can turn it on personally, he did and I told him if I can use a car scanner to scan for codes and he told me that's not allowed. Then I told him to leave the car running for 5 minutes so I can check if the car overheats. He told me he's not going to stand here for 5 minutes. I told him "okay good luck" and I left. He then said "So long!" very loudly with so much hate and attitude once again. I mean these people that work in this auction are complete garbage!!!!!! Disrespecting a costumer verbally with attitude like their garbage for no damn reason. I don't understand why this auction does false advertisement on their website saying you can inspect the car. But yet the guy that worked at the auction told me you cant sit in the car, you cant turn on the car, and you cant use a car scanner. I mean what type of scam/robbery stuff is this auction running. This was absolutely the worst experience at auction I ever had!

This is the first time I am using this action. I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable and helpful lady. She walked me through the steps. I dropped of the check in person and inspected the cars. After the action, I dropped off the balance and picked up the car. My car came with a key and no surprises. Well organized!!!!! I would highly recommend this action place!!!!!!
